Murcia

The Murcia project is one of the largest projects in Riyadh by the Ministry of Housing. The project is about Construction of more than 5,000 housing units, 5,590 residential units ranging from apartments to townhouses. The project includes a rich lodging units complex comprises of manors and lofts. It incorporates 14 mosques, 8 schools, 14 business offices, 14 greenery enclosures and play areas and 4 wellbeing focuses. The development also includes a national valley in part of the project, as well as green spaces and public parks to ensure a modern residential environment.
