Cake pans are manufactured in a multitude of sizes such as round, rectangle, and tailor-made patterns such as wild animals or houses. Silicone pans are typically non-stick (regardless we still encourage greasing them), and their pliability allows you to smoothly pop cakes out of the pan without destroying them. This type of pliable pan must be set on a cookie sheet before being put into the range.
